Rewriting The Rules

Our Story

In 2020, founders Marisa and Beatriz felt the collective rage of a generation demanding an end to systemic racism and inequitable workplaces. As we processed our own experiences of feeling silenced and powerless, we knew that the root of the violence was structural.

It became clear our work of unlearning and motivating ourselves, was not enough. We needed to dismantle the outdated, white supremacist power structures that perpetuated pain and trauma generation after generation. We needed to start a revolution.

So we created Your Truth At Work, an agency built on the promise to radically transform work as we knew it.

With unwavering conviction, Your Truth At Work is on a mission to overthrow the white supremacist corporate cultures that have caused so much struggle and adversity. We envision a world where all people can heal their traumas, unlearn internalized oppression, and, ultimately, reach their fullest potential–free from systemic oppression and racist practices.

And we’re working to build that, one organization at a time.

Building A Better Workplace One Truth At A Time

We’re creating a new truth. A truth that recognizes we are complex and unique.

A truth where we don't have to settle for crumbs of respect–or scraps of recognition.

Where we don't hide our cultures or our identities, and we don’t have to trade trauma for paychecks. A truth where we’re not afraid to challenge the status quo, to question the norms or disrupt the hierarchy.

Because we champion what’s real–what’s true. And we’re creating a world–and a workplace–that fits all of our unique truths. A world where everyone– Black, Brown, Indigenous, Queer, Disabled, Neurodivergent can thrive.

A world where you can live your Truth–Your talent, your culture, your uniqueness, your every single thing––At Work.

Our Values

  • Be A Co-Conspirator

We know radical change demands action, conviction, and constant presence. We’re right alongside marginalized communities as accomplices. Not afraid to be disruptors, we show up to fight for what's right.

  • Cultivate a Community

Community is the catalyst for the work we do. Confronting trauma and taking on the powers that be can be overwhelming, so we prioritize showing up for our community.

  • Lead With Compassion

We all need a soft place to land. A place where our truth is valued, supported, and understood – not silenced or buried. That's why we've created a sanctuary where empathy and healing are priority.

  • Live Your Truth

For us, truth is not just a virtue, but a way of life, an unwavering commitment to honesty and integrity in all that we do. It’s living authentically. It’s saying what’s right, even when it’s hard
