In this foundational workshop, participants explore their own relationship to the eight core social identities—and how those identities influence power, privilege, and access at work.Together, we build a shared language and baseline awareness that can serve as a launchpad for deeper DEIB conversations and initiatives. Your team leave with greater self-awareness and a clearer sense of how to move forward with integrity and care.

Spoiler: You were never the problem.This workshop reframes imposter syndrome as a systemic issue, not a personal failing. We unpack how racism, sexism, and other forms of oppression create environments where marginalized folks are made to feel like they don’t belong. Then we give participants the tools and the permission to rewrite that narrative.
