Our Cultural Shifts program is a 5-week dual-track experience designed to support systemic equity and collective accountability. This program includes two parallel workshop series: one for staff with marginalized identities and one for staff with non-marginalized identities. Together, they create the conditions for organizational culture change rooted in truth, healing, and shared commitment.

Healing Circles | For Staff with Marginalized Identities (BIPOC and others)
A dedicated space for those most impacted by systemic harm in the workplace. These sessions center healing, empowerment, and visioning for justice supporting participants in reclaiming their voice and power while building community with others navigating similar experiences.5 weekly sessions

Co-Conspirator Learning Circles | For Staff with Non-Marginalized Identities
Designed for individuals who want to move beyond performative allyship and into meaningful, ongoing co-conspiracy. Participants will explore how to use their privilege and influence to actively disrupt systemic harm, build trust, and align with equity and justice at work.5 weekly sessions

By running these two experiences concurrently, the Cultural Shifts program builds an honest, aligned foundation for long-term DEI change anchored in both individual transformation and collective responsibility.
